Organizer:

Tom Janke

When:

Friday, March 21, 2014, 9 a.m. - 12 noon EDT

Where:

UL1125M

Participants in this workshop will gain hands on experience using Adobe Connect web conferencing and Echo 360 personal capture software. With Adobe Connect, faculty will learn how they can promote collaboration in a real-time web conference and explore how to display and share handwritten work while simultaneously using a web-cam and microphone. During the workshop, participants will learn how Echo360 can be used to create a welcome video, mini-lectures, computer screencasts, hand-writing captures, and more. Echo360 also features a powerful analytics platform, allowing instructors to see student viewing habits and participation. Best of all, presentations can be directly uploaded into the Echo360 portal in Oncourse for easy student access.
