Top Hat Visiting IU and IUPUI

After a university-wide pilot, Top Hat has been selected as Indiana University's new student response system. TurningPoint Cloud will continue to be available for spring and summer terms, but will no longer be supported in fall 2017.

Top Hat is an interactive, cloud-based teaching platform that enables instructors to engage students both inside and outside the classroom with compelling content and activities. You can use Top Hat to take attendance, ask interactive questions with automated grading, and/or facilitate open-ended discussions and activities. Also, Top Hat's seamless integration with Canvas makes it easy to update Top Hat rosters and send Top Hat grades to the Canvas gradebook.
