Have you hesitated to adopt an ePortfolio because learning the new tools sounds like a lot of extra work for you and your students? Can the benefits possibly outweigh the perceived burden of becoming your students’ technology tutor? Several IUPUI trailblazers will describe their strategies for applying peer mentoring and social pedagogies so your students can help one another. This workshop will also walk you through the numerous resources available on campus and online to help your students learn how to build their portfolios. Come prepared to share concerns and ideas with colleagues from other schools and divisions. Presenters will include Susan Scott, ePortfolio Coordinator; Kim Murday, UITS IT Training; Brandi Gilbert, Director of Life-Health Sciences Internship Program (LHSI); and John Fierst and Jessica Leitzell, LHSI Intern Ambassadors.
