This workshop is one in a series of four that will address high-impact educational practices (HIPs) and is sponsored by the RISE Program and the Center for Teaching and Learning. This initial workshop will highlight the essential elements of HIPs, how they are being practiced on our campus and existing resources. One such resource includes the taxonomy guides, developed by units responsible for high-impact practices at IUPUI to support and enhance quality course design, enrich student experiences along with the research, scholarship, and assessment of HIPs.
